If you wish to post videos on Twitter, they must be limited in weight, duration, bit rate:
Maximum weight: 512 MB
Duration: between 0.5 seconds and 140 seconds (i.e. 2min 20)
Aspect ratio: between 1:3 and 3:1, with optimal recommendations of 16:9 (landscape) and 1:1 (square).
Number of frames per second: maximum of 60 fps
