There is some music I cannot access on my phone, why?

Some music files are already downloaded on your phone. Others need to be downloaded from the internet.

When you download Kannelle from the Store (Android Play Store or Apple Store), we install by default a number of music files directly on your phone to improve your user experience.

In addition to this, we also make many other music files available to Kannelle users. These music files are stored on the internet and need to be downloaded to your phone to access them offline.

Music already available offline is represented by a music note symbol in the application.
